The actress turned politician was seen dancing and worshipping in the church's white gown when she was abruptly touched by the spirit and went into trance.

Remember that Nollywood actress Funke Akindele was already announced as the running partner for Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Lagos State Governorship candidate Olajide Adediran.
Adediran, also known as Jandor, announced Akindele as his running mate for the upcoming 2023 election a few weeks ago.
The announcement of the actress' nomination elicited varied reactions on social media, notably on Twitter, with some admirers characterising Akindele's nomination as an indication of the PDP's demise in Lagos State.
