BBNaija's Nengi Hampson Breaks Silence On Car Confiscation

Nengi Rebecca Hampson, a Big Brother Naija Lockdown contestant, has reacted to rumours of the EFCC seizing her car.

According to LightCast News, the reality actress made headlines on Wednesday due to rumours of her purported automobile confiscation.

Nengi purchased a Range Rover costing N37 million in July 2021, just months after purchasing a home in Lagos.

The Range Rover was allegedly a surprise gift from her purported rich lover, Micheal Diongoli.

Gistlovers, an Instagram blogger, said that Micheal Diongoli, who is married with children, was dating Nengi and was responsible for her lavish lifestyle and multiple movie roles.

The blogger, who shared images of Nengi and her purported lover, stated that in addition to dating Nengi, Micheal Diongoli was romantically linked with Nollywood actress Nuella Njubigbo, the ex-wife of movie director Tchidi.

According to the blogger, Micheal Diongoli purchased the identical car for Nuella; other side chicks and others close to Nengi corroborated her relationship with the tycoon.

"The image you all are talking about is that of his first wife and they are divorced, this is Micheal's sole wife now and this was when he surprised her with the same SUV he got for one of his numerous side chic, Nuela, tchidi former wives," the blogger added.

He got the identical jeep for them (his wife and one of the side chicks), and individuals who know them well confirmed this rumour, so do your homework before Una enters the express the next time."

According to a Punch report, the police charged Ponzi scheme operator Michael Diongoli before a Federal High Court in Lagos State on Monday, July 19th, for allegedly scamming a retired Army colonel, two professors, a co-operative society, and others of N1, 286, 580, 656.

Diongoli was charged with eight charges of conspiracy, false pretences, and fraud.

The defendant appeared in court with his two companies, UK-Don Group and UK-Dion Investment Limited, before Justice Lewis-Allagoa.

He was charged with scamming his clients by fraudulently promising numerous returns on investment within six to twelve months.

Police took several of the billionaire's assets after his arrest, including those he presented to his numerous side chicks.

The Economic and Financial Crime Commission was said to have taken Nengi's Range Rover (EFCC).

A Twitter user who first reported Diongoli's arrest stated that the Commission had stolen the reality star's car.

"Have you heard the EFCC has seized this vehicle?" "Is that true?"

Speaking out, Nengi called out Twitter influencers who spread rumours about her.

The unconcerned queen instructed them to continue pulling her.

"Wake up oooo.... I say make I remind una....a it's new day to drag NENGI...you can't be tired...

"Where are all the PAID Twitter influencers....NO POST TODAY?"

According to LightCast news, Nengi's sister, who goes by the name Chef Tuma on Instagram, spoke out following rumours of the reality star's purported auto confiscation.

Nengi's sister admitted that she was the one who forced her sister to audition for the reality programme.

She asserted that Nengi had always desired a serene and quiet existence.

She now regrets pressing her to attend the show.

"I was the one who put pressure on her to go for it....It was more like a dream." She genuinely desired a nice and quiet existence. I sometimes wish I hadn't.... But, in the end, we thank God for everything and will always triumph. After all, no one ever tries to pluck fruit that is never ripe." She now regrets pressing daughter to go to the show.
